Holonote is distributed through the App Store and is licensed to you under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Those are the terms that govern your use of the app.
Your diary is yours
Everything Holonote writes is stored on your iPhone and belongs to you. We have no copy of it and claim no rights to it. Our privacy policy describes what stays on your phone, which is everything.
What Holonote is not
Holonote records where you go as a diary. It is not a navigation, safety, fitness, or medical tool, and its timeline can be incomplete or wrong. Please don't rely on it for anything where that would matter.
